Be sure to sample some of the local Balinese delicacies such as sate ayam (chicken satay) or gado-gado (vegetables with peanut sauce). With the abundance of seafood on your doorstep, ask one of the chefs to cook up the catch of the day on the hot-stone barbecue.
If guests have specific requests, the in-house chefs are more than happy to tailor meals accordingly and accommodate any special dietary requirements. Guests will be invoiced for provisions at cost, plus a 20% handling fee, which is subject to service charge and government tax. To make the most of the kitchen and give staff time to shop, it is a good idea to plan meals the evening before.
